Both bags turned out to be counterfeits. I requested full refund but they denied it.Purchased a few handbags & sunglasses with Amuze at an amazing price. Everything shipped within a reasonable time frame. My items were authentic and absolutely brand new with packaging, dust bags, tags and etc.

Amuze deny they sell fakes and refuse to refund my money. they are still selling the SAME FAKE BAG online right now!
